Matthew Sheridan serves as the Human Resources Specialist for the CATCH Initiative, bringing a strategic approach to HR operations, business performance, and organizational development. With a strong background in workforce management, employer relations, and compliance, he plays a key role in ensuring that CATCH fosters a positive and sustainable work environment.

As a Business Performance Advisor with Insperity, Matthew partners with companies of all sizes to enhance HR functions, contain costs, reduce liabilities, and strengthen their employer brand. His expertise in private capital markets (PE & VC) and their portfolio companies equips him with the insight to implement efficient HR solutions that support CATCH’s mission.

Beyond his professional career, Matthew is deeply involved in community leadership and nonprofit advocacy. He co-chairs the San Francisco Chamber Ambassador’s Club and the Association for Corporate Growth’s Young Professionals 40 Under 40 Pod, demonstrating his commitment to mentorship and professional development. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Crisis Nursery and the DVC Alumni Advisory Committee, reflecting his dedication to supporting at-risk communities.

Matthew is also currently enrolled in the Leadership San Francisco 2025 Program, further refining his leadership skills to drive meaningful change. His passion for organizational excellence, workforce development, and community impact makes him an invaluable asset to CATCH Initiative.
