With a strong background in data management, community outreach, and financial oversight, he plays a critical role in ensuring CATCH operates with efficiency, transparency, and strategic vision.

With over 14 years of experience in Alameda County, he has held key positions, including Senior Management Analyst and Administrative Analyst, where he provided policy guidance, budget oversight, and program evaluation to improve government services. His expertise in analyzing complex data, developing operational strategies, and working with community organizations allows CATCH to make informed decisions that maximize impact.

Beyond his professional career, he has dedicated time to youth development and education advocacy. He serves as a Board Member for the Thousand Oaks Elementary Parent Teacher Association, School Site Council, and Planning & Oversight Committee for the Berkeley Unified School District. His deep commitment to mentorship, equity, and resource accessibility aligns perfectly with CATCH’s mission to empower at-risk youth.

In his role as Vice Chairperson, he works closely with leadership to guide organizational strategy, policy implementation, and financial sustainability.
